Sabi Pan DSR is used for the treatment, control, prevention and improvement of the following conditions.

Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)
Acid peptic disorders and peptic ulcers
Relief from heartburn and chronic acidity
Nausea and vomiting associated with gastroparesis
Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
H. pylori eradication (combination therapy)

Dosage should always be as per physician's advice. Typical recommended dosage:

Important: Do not exceed the prescribed dose. Always consult your physician before starting any medication.

The following side effects are possible but not everyone experiences them. Consult your doctor if any persist or worsen.

Headache (mild, usually transient)
Diarrhoea or constipation
Nausea or vomiting
Dizziness
Dry mouth
Rarely: hypomagnesaemia on prolonged use

Seek immediate medical attention if you experience severe allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, or chest pain.

Take 30–60 minutes before a meal for best results. Do not crush or chew — swallow whole.

Long-term use (>8 weeks) should only be continued under physician supervision with periodic monitoring.

Use only if clearly needed. Consult your gynaecologist or physician before use.

Store below 25°C in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
